RESEARCH ON DESIGN, MANUFACTURING AND CONTROL OF A TAMPON PRINTING MACHINE
Abstract
This study presents the design, manufacturing, and control of a Tampon printing machine to improve print quality on complex, curved, or irregular surfaces. Tampon printing is an indirect printing technology widely used in industries such as electronics, household appliances, medical devices, and plastic products. The system is designed with an optimized drive mechanism and durable materials to ensure high precision and strong ink adhesion on product surfaces. An automated control system is integrated to enhance operational efficiency, minimize errors, and improve stability during operation. The machine is also equipped with sensors and control algorithms that optimize pressure and positioning accuracy, thereby enhancing print image quality. Experimental results demonstrate that the system operates stably with high precision, meeting the required technical standards. This research not only contributes to improving the efficiency of Tampon printing technology but also paves the way for the development of more advanced automated printing systems in the future
