Abstract

Developing communication skills not only enables students to convey ideas clearly and accurately but also enhances logical thinking and interpersonal effectiveness. In the digital era, while students may perform well in written assessments with the aid of smartphones and the internet, many struggle with direct, face-to-face communication. This article examines the impact of digital technology on university students’ communication skills in the context of soft skills education. The study aims to propose pedagogical solutions to improve the effectiveness of teaching, foster students' ability to communicate confidently and coherently, and thereby contribute to developing a high-quality workforce that meets the demands of the modern labor market.
