Abstract

After summarizing the advances of educational science on Program Development, Teaching Activities, Testing and Evaluation, Quality Management and Requirements Quality and Competence of Education 4.0; the article presents a model and university training process that meets the Program Learning Outcomes and evaluates the Program Learning Outcomes in accordance with the advancements of educational science mentioned above.
