The role of public service ethics institution in Vietnam

Abstract

Public service ethics are ethical values and legal standards applied to cadres, civil servants and public employees operating in the public service sector. Today, the civil service in the digital transformation period plays a key role to ensure that civil service activities are carried out successfully and effectively. However, there are currently, no legal documents standardizing public service ethics, which leads to many difficulties in applying ethics to the civil service. In this article, the author has mentioned some roles of the civil service ethics institution in Vietnam.
