Abstract

This study evaluates the effectiveness of electroacupuncture in treating cervical scapulohumeral syndrome. This syndrome, often caused by cervical spondylosis and herniated discs, leads to neck, shoulder, and arm pain, as well as sensory and motor dysfunctions. By applying electroacupuncture to 50 patients, the study found a significant reduction in pain levels and improved mobility post-treatment. No serious side effects were recorded, indicating that electroacupuncture is a safe and effective method for treating this syndrome.
