Abstract

Abstract: Ho Chi Minh's Ideology about lifelong learning holds immense value in the develop- ment of education and training, as well as in the cultivation of Vietnamese individuals with strong professional competence and good moral character. Applying Ho Chi Minh's lifelong learning philosophy, the Communist Party of Vietnam consistently identifies education as a top national policy and a strategic mission for the entire Party and the entire population. Fur- thermore, the Party enhance to build a learning society where every citizen has the oppor- tunity and motivation to learn, develop themselves, and contribute to the cause of national construction and defense.
