Abstract

Abstract: The view of Marxism-Leninism on human rights is the ideological foundation of the Communist Party of Vietnam, especially as reflected consistently in the Documents of the 13th Congress. This serves as a starting point to assess the current situation of human rights implementation and propose some solutions to enhance the effectiveness of human rights in Vietnam today.
