Abstract

Abstract: Vietnam is a multi-religious country, and during the feudal period, the three main religions: Buddhism, Taoism, and Confucianism, were present with cultural and ethical values that were key in shaping the spirit and moral refinement of people. At each historical period, the Government applied corresponding and appropriate ways of dealing with religions, aiming at promoting the cultural and ethical values of religions, turning religions into an inner strength that helped build a united Đại Việt community capable of fighting natural disasters and enemy attacks, while contributing to the construction of the nation and its people.
