Abstract

Abstract: The cultural heritage, which is a valuable asset of the Vietnamese people and also of humanity, plays a great role in the nation's history of building and defending the country. The promotion of cultural heritage values in connection with tourism development has always been a concern and under the good lead of the Provincial and City Party Committees in the Red River Delta region. The achievements ained in recent years affirm the unity of leadership and the harmonious relationship of Party organizations at the local level. This has contributed to maximizing the advantages of cultural heritage and identity, boosting tourism, creating jobs, incomes, and economic-social development in the Red River Delta region.
