Abstract: This article summarizes Ho Chi Minh's and the Communist Party of Vietnam's views on man and human development, theories about the Fourth Industrial Revolution, and its impact on human development. It also discusses issues related to human development in the context of this revolution and sets the theoretical foundation for future research.
