Abstract

Abstract: In an increasingly “flat” world that blurs the boundaries between nation-states, religion is likewise extending its influence beyond traditional spaces, creating new dynamics in the foreign policies of many countries, including Vietnam. This article analyzes and clarifies the practical foundations that shape Vietnam’s religious diplomacy in the context of the profound impacts of globalization and the expanding international engagement of domestic religious communities on a global scale.
