Abstract
Abstract: Vu Lan Festival is one of the important festivals of Vietnamese Buddhism, with special significance in the spiritual life of Vietnamese people in general and Vietnamese Buddhists in particular. Vu Lan Festival is considered Parents' Day. Buddhists recite the Repaying Parents' Prayer, listen to monks preach about filial piety and the duties of children, and pray for the safety of grandparents and parents. Vu Lan season becomes the season of children's filial piety towards their parents. Vu Lan Festival - Repaying filial piety contributes to affirming the traditional humanistic values of the nation: Filial Piety, Humanity.
