Evaluating some provisions of the 2013 Anti-Terrorism Law and recommendations

Abstract

After the 2013 Anti-Terrorism Law  was introduced, the legal corridor for anti-terrorism activities has been strengthened and increasingly completed. However, some provisions of this law still remain limitations that need to be amended and supplemented. Within the scope of this article, the authors evaluate the provisions of the 2013 Anti-Terrorism Law, point out the inadequacies and propose some solutions to complete this Law as well.
