Prevention against child sexual exploitation in tourism in Vietnam

Abstract

According to United Nations guideline, child sexual exploitation in tourism is identified as a form of behavior in the group of “sexual violence” against children. Recently, through tourism, child sexual abuse crimes have begun to appear in Vietnam. Therefore, protecting children from sexual abuse in tourism is no longer an individual, community or national issue but a regional and global one.
