Abstract

The article evaluates and analyzes a number of inadequacies and limitations in the law on the right to establish employee organization at enterprises in Vietnam, contributing to helping us see the “legal picture” on this right in our country today. This has been a new and unprecedented issue in labor relations in Vietnam recently. From there, the author proposes solutions to improve the law on the right to establish employee organization at enterprises in Vietnam.
