Controlling “Crony capitalism” - Mission of anti-corruption

Abstract

“Crony capitalism” is the phenomenon in which the economy is based on “close” relationship between businesses and government. The success or failure of businesses depends entirely or largely on the favors given by the state and party to businesses or business groups close to them. The article contributes to identifying and understanding the origin, nature and consequences of “crony capitalism”, thereby points out that it is necessary to control this extremely complicated political - legal - economic - social phenomenon in the fight against corruption in Vietnam.
