Evaluating the prosecution in dispute resolution of real estate business in the People’s Procuracy of Ho Chi Minh city

Abstract

Recently, civil disputes in general and disputes in the real estate business sector in particular in Ho Chi Minh city arise at a growing number with an increasingly complexity that has a great impact on the state management activities in this field as well as public security in the city. Therefore, the prosecution of resolving disputes related to the real estate business sector, mainly for disputes related to the real estate contract in Ho Chi Minh city, which plays an important role in dealing with the dispute resolution effectively. This article mentions the practice of the prosecution in dispute resolution on the real estate contract of the People’s Procuracy of Ho Chi Minh city, thereby proposes recommendations to enhance the prosecution efficiency in this sector in the coming time.
