Identifying causes and conditions of smuggling crime throughout international border gate in the Southeast of Vietnam

Abstract

In recent years, smuggling crime throughout international border gate in the Southeast of Vietnam has become complicated with an increasing number of contraband items confiscated by authorities. Facing this situation, the authorities have implemented many prevention solutions to smuggling crime throughout international border gate in that area and achieved some certain results. However, there has been limitations in reality compared to the practical demand. To find out effective solutions, the author clarifies some reasons and conditions of the smuggling crime throughout international border gate in the Southest of Vietnam.
