Completing criminal law on crimes of information technology and telecommunication networks in Vietnam nowadays

Abstract

Current provisions of Vietnamese criminal law on crimes in the field of information technology and telecommunications networks show a number of obstacles that leads to difficulties in practical application as well as the fight against that type of crimes. The article gives out some limitations of criminal provisions on these crimes with analyzing facts and evidence, thereby presents recommendations to complete criminal law.
