Abstract

Recently, loan sharks (black credit) have taken the advantage of the development of technology to approach borrowers and lend at interest rates many times higher than reality, causing many consequences to the safety of many individuals and their families in particular and the general security and order of the entire society. This article analyzes the methods and tricks of criminals, causes and conditions that can increase black credit crime, thereby offers solutions and recommendations that contribute to prevent and combat crimes and law violations in this field.
