Completing the arbitration law within the national governance innovation in Vietnam today

Abstract

As a method of dispute resolution commonly used around the world, arbitration law has developed strongly with high globalization. In the context of national governance innovation, new requirements are being made on the development of arbitration law. This article summarizes the current development of Vietnam’s commercial arbitration law, analyzes the issues raised by the requirements of the national governance innovation process to serve economic development and international integration, thereby making a number of proposals and recommendations to improve Vietnam’s arbitration law in accordance with the national governance innovation process.
