Some issues of improving regulations on position-related crimes in the 2015 Penal Code

Abstract

The regulations of the Vietnamese Penal Code regarding position-related crimes have been significantly improved, creating a solid legal basis for the fight against corruption. However, to strengthen the fight against position-related crimes and comply with international standards, regulations on this group of crimes need to be further studied and improved. This article analyzes some existing problems and shortcomings, and proposes some perspectives and solutions to further improve Vietnamese criminal law on position-related crimes to enhance the effectiveness of combating this type of crime in practice.
