Abstract
Collective bargaining is an important tool to create a harmonious labour relationship between employers and employees, creating a sustainable labour foundation. In this article, the author focuses on some basic contents of collective bargaining, relating to the implementation practices in some enterprises in Vietnam, thereby proposing some solutions to improve the effectiveness of the implementation of collective bargaining.
