Some shortcomings of the law on commercial advertising in Vietnam today and improvement directions
Abstract
The law on commercial advertising is an important issue in the development process of each country in the market economy, especially developing countries. Advertising is understood as a presentation to widely introduce to many people in order to attract many customers [1]. However, besides healthy advertising activities, there still exists a situation of “false and unfair advertising” [2], even causing misunderstanding or deception of consumers. In the context of international integration, e-commerce platforms are increasingly popular. From the current status of the law on commercial advertising in our country. This article focuses on analyzing and recommending solutions to adjust the law on commercial advertising in our country in the coming time.
