Improving the quality of training and fostering for prosecutors of Hanoi Procuratorate University to meet the requirement

Abstract

With a proud tradition spanning 55 years, Hanoi Procuratorate University has played a central role in training and fostering high-quality legal human resources for the People’s Procuracy sector. On the basis of merging with the Branch in Ho Chi Minh City following Decision No. 03/QD-VKSTC dated February 7th, 2025, the University has entered a new phase of development with a streamlined, efficient, and effective organizational model. This article analyzes notable achievements in training and fostering procuracy officers in recent years; from there, proposes solutions to improve the quality of training and fostering at Hanoi Procuratorate University to meet the requirements of judicial reform and sustainable development of legal human resources in the new period.
