The model of Vietnamese Penal Code in line with the direction of extending sources of criminal law

Abstract

Based on an overview of the content and significance of expanding the sources of Vietnamese criminal law, this article analyzes the requyrements placed on the Penal Code as well as other criminal legislation in the context of such an expansion. It further proposes amendments to the current Penal Code to establish a model of criminal law that aligns with this broader approach.
