Abstract

This article analyzes the concept of legal sources, as well as the purpose and significance of diversifying legal sources within the context of building a rule-of-law state and improving the legal system. The diversification in the application of legal sources aims to leverage the strengths and overcome the limitations of various types of legal sources, thereby ensuring the effective and timely protection of the rights and interests of individuals and organizations. The author discusses the role and hierarchical order in the application of legal sources, while also offering some insights for further theoretical and practical research into the expansion and diversification of legal sources, and the development of a legal culture in the application of legal sources.
