Determining lawsuit requests and dispute legal relationships in case the lessor suits to request the lessee to return the leased assets

Abstract

This article studies the issue of determining lawsuit claims and legal relations in disputes in cases where the lessor files a lawsuit to request the court to force the lessee to return the leased property. Based on the analysis of legal provisions and trial practices, the author makes recommendations to ensure consistency in determining lawsuit claims and legal relations of disputes in case the lessor files a lawsuit to request the lessee to return the leased asset.
