Agreement of the parties in civil appeal proceedings

Abstract

This article analyzes and comments on the current provisions of Vietnamese civil procedural law concerning the parties’ agreements in civil appeal proceedings. It identifies the limitations and obstacles within these provisions and proposes solutions for improving the legislation.
