Some orientations for innovation in the organization and operation of the People's Procuracy in the new development period

Abstract

The article analyzes and explains the origin and role of the People's Procuracy in the socialist state apparatus according to V.I. Lenin's viewpoint, the development of awareness in the Party's viewpoints and policies, and legal regulations on the position and role of the People's Procuracy; at the same time, on the basis of assessment, clarifies the practice of organization and operation of the People's Procuracy in the past time. From there, proposes orientations for innovation in the organization and operation of the People's Procuracy, meeting the requirements of building and perfecting the Socialist rule-of-law state of Vietnam in the new development period.
