Abstract

The research and refinement of legal provisions concerning the legal status of insurance agents are of significant importance in creating an equitable and transparent business environment. This not only clearly establishes the legal status of relevant entities, enabling their independent operation, but also contributes to the enhancement of the legal framework for the insurance business in general and the life insurance business in particular. Accordingly, this paper focuses on analyzing and clarifying several key provisions on the legal status of insurance agents in the life insurance business.
