Digital transformation in state administration adapting the requirements for substainable development in Vietnam

Abstract

Digital transformation, an inevitable trend is being implemented in both the public and private sectors and the whole society in all countries today. The widespread digitalization in state administrative management in the public sector is a clear indication of this. In the context of sustainable development, the digital transformation process of state administrative activities must meet several specific requirements. By identifying these requirements and assessing the current situation, the article proposed a number of recommendations to improve policies, laws and practical solutions to address the requirements when implementing digital transformation of state administrative activities in the context of sustainable development in Vietnam.
