Implementation of regulations on inspection, examination, handling of violations in accommodation service business in Vietnam today
Abstract
Accommodation business activities are an important part of the tourism industry, contributing to promoting economic development and promoting the national image. However, during operation, many accommodation establishments still violate legal regulations such as conditions of facilities, security and order, hygiene, fire prevention and fighting, wastewater treatment, environment and food safety and hygiene... This poses an urgent need to strengthen inspection, examination and handling of violations to ensure compliance with the law and improve service quality. Although there are clear legal regulations, the implementation in practice still has many limitations, not meeting management requirements. Therefore, it is necessary to study the current status of law enforcement in this field in order to propose solutions to improve and enhance the effectiveness of state management.
