Abstract

In the context of increasingly sophisticated high-technology crimes, the examination of images derived from electronic data plays a particularly important role in investigation, prosecution, and adjudication. However, coordination between Forensic Expertise Agency and the Security Investigation Agency remains limited in terms of mechanisms and procedures. This article analyzes the current situation, identifies existing shortcomings, and proposes solutions to enhance the effectiveness of coordination, thereby ensuring the legal validity and objectivity of forensic examination results and contributing to meeting the requirements of crime prevention and control in the new context.
