Ensure the unity in the regulations on exclusion of liability for breach of contract

Abstract

Ensuring the unity of the legal system is an urgent requirement; however, regulations on the exclusion of liability for breach of contract still remain inconsistencies. Based on the requirement of ensuring the unity of the law, this article clarifies current situation of unity in the regulations on the exclusion of liability for breach of contract, focusing on pointing out the inconsistencies by comparing the regulations. Hence, it also proposes recommendations for legal improvement to ensure unity in the regulations on the exclusion of liability for breach of contract.
