Abstract

Exercising the power to prosecute and Supervising the adjudication of criminal cases play important roles in performing the function of the Procuracy sector. Having a desire to contribute to enhance the quality of these activities, the author would like to analyze and clarify some theoretical issues, at the same time propose recommendations on perfecting the Law on exercising the power to prosecute and supervising the adjudication of criminal cases.
