Abstract
Human trafficking cases have some features like unfocused scene, few or no witnesses, difficulties in collecting information on the criminal process because offenders often lead directly without leaving evidence. Meanwhile, finding evidence is a decisive factor to fight against this crime. Therefore, when conducting investigative activities in general, suspect’s interrogation and victim’s testimonies taking in particular, Investigators need to prepare carefully in terms of content and psychological impact methods so that interrogation does not hurt interrogated person and gets important information to resolve the case.
