Enhancing the effectiveness of applying preventive measures in handling over criminal cases at the People's Courts

Abstract

Applying preventive measures in handling over criminal cases plays a vital role that contributes to precluding crimes, preventing legal evasions of defendants or the accused and ensuring the enforcement of sentences. Carried out by Judges and the Jury, the Courts, in genral, and the District-level People's Courts, in particular, apply preventive measures at the trial. The article proposes some solutions to enhance the effectivieness of applying preventive measures at District-level People's Courts, Nghe An province.
