Recommendations to complete provisions of the 2013 Constitution on the State’s organization and operation of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam

Abstract

Basing on regulations of the 2013 Constitution on the State’s organization and operation of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam after more than 5 years of implementation, the article concentreates on analyzing and evaluating shortcomings of some regulations on agencies in the Vietnamese state apparatus. Then, recommendations to perfect provisions on those agencies and the 2013 Constitution are presented.
