Recommendations to perfect the laws on Investigators’ authorities under the 2015 Criminal Procedure Code

Abstract

Based on the provisions of the law on investigators’ authorities as procedure-conducting persons, the paper concentrates on specifying a number of Investigators’ activities in Vietnamese criminal proceedings. Since then, the author gives some recommendations on Investigators’ authorities according to the 2015 Criminal Procedure Code.
