Theoretical issues on using evidence in interrogating suspect of the crime of fraudulent appropriation of property

Abstract

Evidence plays a vital role as a basis for clarifying and proving crimes and offenders in criminal investigation generally, fraudulent appropriation of property investigation particularly. Therefore, evidence detecting, collecting, evaluating and using in the investigation process is highly appreciated and carried out in accordance with the Criminal Procedure Code by the Investigation Agencies. Within the paper, the author proposes several theoretical issues on using evidence in interrogating suspect of the crime of fraudulent appropriation of property for Investigators.
