Ensuring rights of person under 18 years old (juvenile) delinquency in provisions on punishments and non-punitive measures in terms of law comparison

Abstract

Currently, the protection of rights of juvenile delinquency is increasingly focused to ensure that they are fairly treated, given opportunities and instructions to take responsibility for their actions, to avoid making similar mistakes. The article sheds light on ensuring rights of juvenile delinquency under international laws, some nations’ criminal law in terms of law comparison; thereby experience for Vietnam are shown.
