Improving the quality of exercising the prosecution rights and supervising the criminal adjudication

Abstract

Since the establishment of the Supreme People’s Procuracy, the Party and State’s consistent and throughout policy has been to improve the quality of exercising the prosecution rights and supervising the criminal adjudication. That contributes to enhancing the quality of criminal cases settlement, avoiding cancelled and amended cases related to responsibilities of competent procedural authorities, ensuring the fairness in criminal trials.
