Decision on sentences for offenders under 18 years old in the 2015 Penal Code

Abstract

Due to mental and physiological factors, the decision on sentences for offenders under 18 years old is different from whom above 18 years old. Applied punishments to that subject aim to educate them to become useful citizens. The article analyzes regulations of the 2015 Penal Code (amended and supplemented in 2017) on the decision on sentences for offenders under 18 years old, thereby making the recommendations to amend some inappropriate regulations of this Code, further ensuring their rights and interests.
