Discussion on the People’s Procuracy’s objects of prosecuting the execution of criminal judgments

Abstract

In Vietnam, prosecuting the execution of criminal judgments with its own characteristics is an activity of the People’s Procuracy to perform the function of supervising judicial activities. The article focuses on analyzing the objects of prosecuting the execution of criminal judgments to clarify its nature, thereby to distinguish it from other prosecuting activities of the People’s Procuracy.
