Specificity of right to petition and right to protest of the People’s Procuracy in bankruptcy proceedings

Abstract

In supervising judicial activities, right to petition and right to protest of the People’s Procuracy are important ones specified in many laws, including the 2014 Bankruptcy Law. This article analyzes specificity of right to petition and right to protest of the People’s Procuracy in bankruptcy proceedings.
