Discussion on the minimum area for division and the grant of a certificate of land use right in localities for court judgments and decisions

Abstract

Due to various reasons including obtacles in regulations on the minimum area for division and the grant of a certificate of land use right in localities in accordance with the Law on Land, the execution of court judgments and decisions related to land disputes still faced many difficulties. Within the paper, the author studies regulations  of each locality in land administration related to the minimum area for division and  the grant of a certificate of land use right.
