Some matters on the termination of employment contract under the 2019 Labor Code

Abstract

Established by legal form of a labor contract, labor relationship is a common one in society; in which, the termination of an employment contract often leads to disputes between the employer and the employee. In comparison with the 2012 Labor Code, the latter one has had some new points on this issue.
