Complete legal provisions on the crime of terrorism under the 2015 Penal Code

Abstract

This article analyzes some shortcomings in the crime of terrorism specified under Article 299 of the 2015 Penal Code (amended and supplemented in 2017). From there, specific directions to complete legal provisions on this crime and raise awareness of competent persons in criminal proceedings are set out.
