Perfecting provisions on the activities of Prosecutors under the 2015 Criminal Procedure Code

Abstract

As an important subject, Prosecutor directly prosecutes and supervises over judicial activities as well as participates in all criminal case settlement processes. Despite its amendments and supplements, the 2015 Criminal Procedure Code has remained a number of regulations restricting the implementation of Prsecutor’s activities. The article analyzes and evaluates some inappropriate provisions of the 2015 Criminal Procedure Code to make recommendations for amendments and supplements to improve the operational efficiency of the Procuracy generally and Prosecutor particularly.
